A conversation with a client in the remodeling business starts with the announcement, “There’s nothing wrong with that, but our bathroom needs a little remodeling…”. This is the scope of our client’s hall bathroom project.

Walk In Shower Ideas That Are Dripping With Glamour

We kept the existing structure, but the materials, It greatly improves the colors and overall aesthetic. Our client wanted to use the same color scheme throughout the house, so keeping the palette a warm gray gave us the opportunity to play with different colors and textures of the accessories. We used a quartz countertop with subtle veining and a dark walnut sink with lots of storage and chrome accessories. I chose a clean, square minimalist design for the new tub that really worked with the vertical tiles on the tub floor and walls. How cute are the two hanging napkin holders in matching colors? Our client is fortunate to have the flexibility to change colors and accessories for different seasons and holidays.

The master bathroom renovation is very spacious. We replaced the existing tub and glass door with a clean and timeless walk-in shower. With this small change we make the space bigger and more open. This change also took advantage of natural sunlight penetrating through the existing skylight.

A custom-made wardrobe with two long storage units on either side gives an interesting and creative element to the room. The contrast in color and depth between the sink and storage area is a deliberate choice. We believe this “little trick” makes the closet wall very simple and fits the space.

The same materials were used in both bathrooms – quartz countertops and black walnut cabinets. Both rooms used floor and wall tiles, but by changing the shape and pattern of the tiles, I created a slight contrast between them. Our client was pleased with the similar yet distinct contrast between their recently remodeled bathrooms. When designing a bathroom, it’s important to create a clean, fresh and bright space.
