Pinterest Bathroom Paint Ideas

Pinterest Bathroom Paint Ideas – When I’m at my parents’ house, I use Jack and Jill’s bathroom. I thought it was time to decorate the bathroom. There is nothing wrong with that, but it lacks unity. A little paint and elbow grease, I know I can transform this place. I have always wanted to create a small modern bathroom and I know that the power of paint cannot be underestimated. It’s an easy way to transform a place. You don’t need fancy and expensive tools, the best paint, a paint roller, and confidence that you’ve chosen the right color, which I’ll cover in detail in this post.

This would be my favorite budget project! It’s hard to stretch my money and decisions. This bathroom has a light and compact floor and a tiled shower. My parents upgraded the counter to granite, so replacing the vanity was a no-brainer. The walls were beige. Can you tell that my parents’ house was built in the early 2000s when beige was all the rage?

All the basics must be there – tiles, toilet, shower, sink. However, there is so much we can do to change this bathroom, especially with paint! My style board reflects my vision for this site. My goal is to finish this site as close to $500 as possible.

Choosing a dark color for the dressing table: I used to be afraid to paint the dressing table because my parents don’t really like dark paint colors. Their style is that of the people. So I wanted to use the dark family color, but it should be soft and traditional. I had to think carefully about the color I used to accentuate their look.

To help me decide, I picked up some dark colored chips from Sherwin-Williams and placed them next to a large cabinet. I wanted to see how these colors would look in my space because I wanted to make sure they worked well with the floor tiles and the lighting in the room. In the end, I chose Caviar SW 6990 because it has a light purple tone that goes well with the floor tiles.

If you thought choosing a black paint color was hard, check out all the shades of white you can choose from in my Sherwin-Williams store!!! Here are my top tips for using color chips to choose the right color, especially white, for any space in your home:

The top photo is in a sunny room. Downstairs is a bright room. All these colors are the same at the same time of day, but they look different depending on the light.

After this process, I had confidence in Shoji White SW 7042 with a satin finish. This is my favorite look of all my projects.

If you need a professional color guide, Sherwin-Williams offers free color guides. You can schedule appointments and color via text, email, or video chat and show them your current location or search results bar. They will provide you with personalized advice so you can confidently find the right type of property for you.

As soon as you reach one color of paint, take the roller and start painting. Remember that paint is one of the easiest and cheapest ways to change a space, and don’t judge the color when you first take it out. Wait for your second coat to dry (at least 24 hours) to see if you really like it. There are many times when I start painting a room and the first coat knocks me off my feet. I still know the first dress is NOT what it looks like. You can judge the final result after the second layer is hard and dry.

The bathroom was full. The first thing I did was clean everything out of the bathroom. Parents have collected a lot. So we start by deciding what will last and what will and will not be useful. 90% of the content had to go

Bathroom Color Ideas That Will Wow You

I removed all the towels and the toilet handle. Then I cleaned, washed and hung all the walls. I’m no expert at carving walls, but I tried my best to make the walls as seamless as possible. Sometimes this means you have to mix and match the putty a few times. Trust me, the effort is worth it.

I was afraid to change the light bulb. But after you’ve done it a few times, you realize it’s easy. Most fixes come with installation instructions, which I followed in this step.

Architectural glass is a little scary to remove because you think the glass will shatter into thousands of shards when you remove it from the wall. This is my third drink. This did not happen to me. But to be careful, I painted on the glass wearing protective gloves and shoes so as not to damage the glass. I used shims around the edges to remove the glass. Because this glass is so big, it’s definitely a two-person job.

When the glass was removed, I was very relieved because the walls were not badly damaged. I removed the center of the new mirror to make sure I liked the size of the new mirror. It’s hard to see a small mirror when you have a big one, but remember that you’re adding quality and space with a beautiful new mirror.

I added this beautiful mirror, but I couldn’t stop thinking that something was wrong. The scale didn’t work for vanity growth. I replaced the glass with a 36″ round mirror and changed the direction of the light and VOILA it worked!

I used Caviar SW 6990 in Sherwin-Williams EmeraldĀ® Urethane Trim Enamel. I also used this to paint a dresser with flowers in my daughter’s room. You only need a little paint for each piece of furniture, so a liter of paint is often enough! Plus, it’s much easier to budget compared to changing vanities. I love this paint because it is specially designed for furniture and cabinets. It’s durable, holds up well (but don’t forget to sand and cool!) and cleans up easily.

I wanted to add interest to the long wall. At first I thought about adding traditional fixtures, but I wanted to keep the bathroom theme as minimal and clean as possible. So I added an easy chair. I found these old brass hooks that my father used to put belts on and I put them on this wall. It seemed like a good way to remember him in the area.

I used hot brass for the cabinet hardware, toilet paper holder, hooks, etc. I wanted the color to come through the glass. I even changed the bomb. I wasn’t ready, but my mother asked. This was my first time with any kind of pipe, but I think I did a pretty good job!

The rug also helps tie the space together with the old black and brown prints. I didn’t want the tiles to look out of place, so I wanted to bring back the brown tones of the carpet, as changing the tiles didn’t feel right.

Here’s how the 650 budget bathroom renovation came about! The before and after photos of the bathroom blew me away – beautiful. I’m so glad I took the time to use Sherwin-Williams products to find the perfect colors to bring this transformation to life! Painted in Caviar Black SW 6990, the cabinet is perfect to accent the space with the new wall paint in Shoji White SW 7042.
