Bathroom Interior Design Drawing – I recently shared a post about designing a multifunctional bathroom, in which I talked about the necessity of a bathroom floor plan that includes windows. In this week’s article, I will explain the importance of adding windows to private bathrooms, especially for master suites, ensuites, and shared bathrooms. Bathroom windows are important in terms of design and practicality.
DISCLAIMER: Due to the comprehensive approach I take to designing and developing custom floor plans and designing interior architectural details, I only accept a few full-service projects at a time. This ensures that every detail of the project is carefully planned and executed. Shown below are isolated floor plans of master suites from various full-service projects. What is a full service project? Good question. Full-service projects (for new construction and home renovations and additions) begin with designing or improving the floor plan and then finish with developing and designing the interior architecture, selecting fixtures, finishing materials, and colors. We completed the construction. The design and construction process includes on-site meetings throughout the project duration, as well as ongoing meetings (virtual and in-person) with the client and other design and construction teams. .01 WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TOILET ROOMS HAVE WINDOWS Two practical reasons: natural light and ventilation. Adding a window to the bathroom prevents the space from being dark and stuffy. Rooms with windows look better, feel better and work better.

EYES It is often said that our eyes are the window to our soul. A windowless room can be uncomfortable when it comes to interior design.
.02 BATHROOM FLOOR PLANS – WINDOW TOILET DESIGN TIPS When designing a bathroom with a private toilet room, start by making a list of the components that need to fit into the space. Of course, most of the things mentioned will not be mentioned, such as toilets, showers and sinks, but how many will there be – one or two? How many bathrooms? Will there be a sink, laundry storage or vacuum cleaner? Beverage coolers, towel warmers, etc. additional equipment such as.
In your note, add two stars next to the device that needs to be installed on the exterior wall, including the window, and then add one star for the device that can be used. Here’s an example of what your list might look like:

Bathroom Design Process
Once you have completed the notes, begin drawing the potential design of the bathroom, making sure to place the toilet on the exterior wall.
.03 WHAT TO DO IF THE WINDOW OVER THE TOILET DOES NOT WORK? If, after careful examination of the area and all possible lines, it turns out that it is not possible to place the toilet on the external wall. Then come back and do your best by joining below:
To get design inspiration and illustrate the points presented in this article, let’s look at some basic bathroom plans and perspectives from a recent full-service project that included all windows in the bathroom.
We will also examine the plans of the Citrus Point Project, where no matter how hard I tried, I could not fit the bathroom on the external wall, so I added a transom window over the door as I mentioned above.
Common Bathroom Floor Plans
We are now in the Base Suite at Citrus Point Project. After carefully examining the space, it became clear that the private bathroom is best placed on the interior wall to make the most of the space for the bathroom and the adjacent room. So I did my best to add a transom window above the bathroom door. Be sure to continue your tour to see another perspective view of the entrance of the venue with the transformation above.
